Launch list
Privacy notice
This notice is a draft and is not yet final.
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to your details if you join the Aradi launch list on this website. It only covers the launch list. The Aradi app will have its own privacy notice when it launches.
Who we are
Aradi is run by [your full legal name, or company name and company number], who is responsible for your information (the “data controller”). You can contact us at [contact email].
What we collect
- Your email address.
- When you signed up, and that you agreed to hear from us.
- Which sign-up form you used on the page (top or bottom), so we can see which works better.
- Whether you open our emails or click their links, which our email service records by default.
We don’t ask for your name or anything else. This website doesn’t use cookies or analytics, and our fonts are hosted here, not by a third party.
Why we use it
To tell you when Aradi launches, and to send occasional updates before then. We use your details only because you agreed to it (your consent). We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t use them for anything else.
When we’ll email you
We don’t send an email when you sign up. You’ll next hear from us with news about Aradi, and at launch.
Who handles it for us
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores the list and sends our emails. Brevo stores data in the European Union.
- Netlify (United States) hosts this website and passes your email address to Brevo when you sign up. We don’t store it there. Where data is processed outside the UK, it’s protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK’s approved data transfer terms.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop using them, by emailing [contact email]. We’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
